I have a deep grounding and understanding of models and approaches in Psychotherapy, meditation and the spiritual path, and a profound appreciation of how different spiritual practices and traditions fit together as a whole to form a healing modality.

I bring to my practice and approach an appreciation of the healing power of myth ritual and play. I have a long standing interest and practice in Pranic healing, Chi Kung and Yoga which fuels my interest in working with energy, creativity and life force (chi, prana).
