Making a phone call is the first step

You do not need a referral from a doctor or GP to see a psychotherapist.

An initial consultation will assess and identify the areas that need exploration, clarification and resolution. This assessment includes questions about the problem, your personal and family history, and a review of current life stressors. Once psychological and emotional problems are identified, psychotherapy can commence can be developed to resolve them.
